Cross Sections: a Day of Art Events at AJU

May 31, 2018

IJC artists will take over the campus on Sunday, June 10.

Start your day with a bookmaking workshop, facilitated by Bee Neimeth (11am-3pm), presented as part of the Soraya Sarah Nazarian Program in the Fine Arts. Learn more and register here.

The workshop will be followed by Conversations in Sculpture: a series of encounters between writers and pieces from AJU's Sondra and Marvin Smalley Sculpture Garden (3pm).

Enjoy readings by Rachel Kann, Alexander Nemser, Christy Roberts Berkowitz and Deenh Vollmer.

The event is free and open to t

he public, and it might include heart to heart engagements with dead artists, as well as a mermaid.

All of the artists participating in the events met during and began collaborating after Reciprocity: LA Artists Retreat, held this year at our Brandeis-Bardin Campus in collaboration with Asylum Arts.
